Creating an Auto Post Campaign

The Auto Post Campaign feature allows you to automatically generate and schedule content for premium users (basic, starter, pro). Follow the steps below to create an auto post.


Step 1: Open Dashboard

Navigate to /dashboard from the main navigation menu.


Step 2: Select Create Auto Post

Click Create Auto Post in the sidebar or dashboard menu.


Step 3: Create a New Campaign

Click the Create Auto Post button to begin.


Step 4: Select Content Type

Choose the type of content you want to create:

Step 5: Fill Out Campaign Details

Complete the following fields:

Campaign NameA unique name to identify your campaign. Example: Content For This Week
Content SourceChoose between Business Profile or Advanced Prompt

Content Source Options

  • Business Profile — Uses your existing business profile data to generate tailored content.

  • Advanced Prompt — Allows you to write your own custom prompt. This bypasses the business profile and gives you full control over content generation. Use this option only if you know how to craft effective prompts.


Step 6: Configure Content Settings

Settings for Text Content

Settings for Image Content (Image or Photo)

Add Text to ImageDefault: False. You can add text over the generated image. The auto-generated text can be edited after content is generated.
Add LogoIf you have uploaded a logo in the business profile section, you can automatically add the logo to the generated image. The logo position can be edited after content is generated.
Caption GenerationFor image/photo content types, you can generate content without a caption. The auto-generated content will be image-only.

Images Per CarouselDefault: 4. Number of images generated for the carousel.
Premium Cover ImageThe carousel cover will use an auto-generated image. Using this feature will consume 2 image credits. Only slide 1 uses an image. The premium cover can still be revised after generation. Revising will cost 2 revision credits or 2 image credits if revision credits are exhausted.
LogoYou can add a logo to the carousel
Caption GenerationFor image/photo content types, you can generate content without a caption. The auto-generated content will be image-only.

Posting TimePreferred time for posts to go live

Step 7: Select Platforms

Choose which social media platforms to post to. The scheduling feature is only available for premium users (basic, starter, and pro). Free users can still use the auto-generate content feature.

💡 Tip: Selecting more than one platform will result in more general content, as it will be adjusted for the limits and algorithms of all selected platforms. If you want platform-specific content, select only one platform.


Step 9: Generate Content

Click the Generate Content button. The AI will create your posts based on the configured settings.


Step 10: Review and Edit Content

After the content is generated, review each post:

  • Edit — Click to modify the content manually. Don't forget to click Save after editing.
  • Regenerate — Click to have the AI create a new version of that post.

Step 11: Approve Posts

Choose how to approve your content:

  • Approve All — Approve all generated posts at once
  • Approve — Review and approve posts one by one

Step 12: Schedule Posts

Note: To schedule posts, your account must be premium.

Once approved, click Schedule Posts to finalize your campaign. Your posts will be published automatically according to the configured schedule.


Managing Your Campaign

Once scheduled, you can manage your campaign at /dashboard/auto-post-campaign. From there you can:

  • Edit campaign details
  • Reschedule posts
  • Pause or cancel the campaign

Complete your business profile before creating a campaign for best results.
