Is Ngepost free?
No. Ngepost is currently paid-only. A free tier is planned for the future.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign up using Google OAuth.
Privacy & Security
Is posting through Ngepost safe?
Yes. Ngepost connects through third parties that are officially registered with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Passwords are never stored.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. Infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud platforms with regular security audits, access controls, and backup procedures.
Will my data be shared with third parties?
No. Data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers who help run the platform and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Does Ngepost use rotating IPs or scraping?
No. Ngepost connects only through third parties that have official integrations with registered platforms.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Contact support to request account deletion. Once verified, your account information and related data will be permanently deleted.
Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Go to the homepage and click Sign Up. Authentication is handled through Google OAuth. Only basic profile information (name and email) is required.
Can I sign up with Google?
Yes. Ngepost uses Google OAuth for authentication.

What is Auto Create?
Auto Create generates content automatically. For example, requesting "create content for 7 days" produces a full week of posts.

How does the subscription system work?
Subscriptions provide access to premium features for 30-day periods.
How does the credit system work?
Credits are a virtual currency. Different features require different amounts of credit. Credits can be used to access specific models not included in the premium plan.
How do I add credits?
Go to the Credits section in your dashboard. Available credit packages with prices are listed there. Various payment options are supported.
Are credits refundable?
Credits are covered by a 7-day refund guarantee. If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund at ngepost.com/refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, credits are non-refundable. The support team also resolves any issues that arise during use.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets, and local payment options. All payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway.
Technical
What if a YouTube video has no captions?
Transcript creation may not be available if captions are missing. Ngepost relies on YouTube's caption system. YouTube auto-generates captions for most videos, but some older or unofficial videos may not have them.
Is there a video length limit?
No strict limit, but videos over 2–3 hours may take longer to process. Most videos under 2 hours process in seconds. Very long videos may have their transcript split for better performance.
Account Management
How do I view my usage history?
Go to Dashboard > History. You will see all activity with dates, video titles, and credits used.
What if I forget my password?
Use the Forgot Password feature. Google OAuth is recommended to avoid needing a separate password.
Can I change my account information?
Account information is managed through Google. Update your name or email in your Google account — changes sync on your next login.
