Ngepost is a web platform that helps your business, brand, or personal branding become more well-known through automatic posting across various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

What can I do with Ngepost?​

You can auto-generate content for 7 days up to 14 days ahead.

Is Ngepost free to use?​

Yes, we have a Free Plan to try out features on Ngepost.

Do I need an account to use Ngepost?​

Yes, you need an account to use Ngepost.

Privacy & Security​

Is posting through Ngepost safe?​

Absolutely safe. Ngepost uses third parties that are officially registered with platforms like Meta (Instagram, Facebook, and Threads), TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

Is my account safe when connected to Ngepost?​

Very safe. We never store your password. We connect to your account through third parties that have been verified by the respective platforms.

Is my data safe?​

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data both in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud platforms like Neon with regular security audits, strict access controls, and backup procedures.

Will you share my data with third parties?​

No. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared with trusted service providers who help run the platform, and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

How does Ngepost handle posting? Does it use rotating IPs?​

No. We do not use rotating IPs, scraping, or any other unofficial methods. We connect through third parties that have official connections to registered platforms.

Can I delete my account and data?​

Absolutely. You can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Once verified, we will permanently delete your account information and all related transcripts and data from our systems.

Getting Started​

How do I create an account?​

Simply visit our homepage and click the 'Sign Up' button. You will be redirected to Google for authentication. We only need basic profile information (name and email) to create your account.

Can I sign up with Google?​

Absolutely! Ngepost uses Google OAuth which is secure and easy. Simply click 'Sign Up' or 'Sign in with Google', and you will be taken to the secure Google login page.

How do I use Ngepost?​

Easy:

  1. Sign up
  2. Fill in 3 basic details (business name, product or service, and target audience)
  3. We will create your business profile for you to review.
  4. You can start creating automatic content from here.

You can even start by doing competitor analysis, which will make it even easier for your business/brand or personal branding to appear prominently in Google search and AI search results.

What is the 'Auto Create Post' feature?​

The 'Auto Create Post' feature helps you create content automatically. You only need to determine how long the content should be created for and set the posting dates.

Pricing & Credits​

How does the subscription system work?​

If you subscribe, you will gain access to premium features for a full 30 days.

How does the credit system work?​

Credits work like a virtual currency. With credits, you can automatically generate content. Each piece of content created requires credits.

How do I add credits?​

To increase your credits, you need to subscribe. Please visit the pricing page for details on the number of credits added based on the plan you choose.

What payment methods do you accept?​

We accept payments via bank transfer, QRIS, Gopay, and others. All payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway with industry-standard encryption.

Account Management​

What happens if I forget my password?​

You can use the Forgot Password feature. However, we recommend using Google Auth for your convenience.

Can I change my account information?​

Account information is managed directly by Google. To change your email name, you can do so through Google.
