What can I do with Ngepost?​

With Ngepost, you can auto-generate content for the next 7, 10, or even 30 days. It's a huge time saver for your posting schedule.

Is Ngepost free to use?​

Not just yet, sorry! Ngepost isn't free right now, but we're working hard to introduce a free tier that anyone can use in the future.

Do I need an account to use Ngepost?​

Yes, you definitely need one.

Privacy & Security​

Is it safe to post with Ngepost?​

Totally safe. Ngepost uses third parties that are officially registered with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Is my account safe when connected to Ngepost?​

Yes, it's secure. We don't store your password. We connect to your account through verified third parties registered with the respective platforms.

Is my data safe?​

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud platforms like Neon with regular security audits, access controls, and backup procedures.

Will you share my data with third parties?​

No way. We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared with trusted service providers who help run the platform, and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

How does Ngepost handle posting? Do you use rotating IPs?​

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Once verified, we'll permanently delete your account information and all related transcripts and data from our system.

How do I create an account?​

Head over to our homepage and click the 'Sign Up' button. We'll redirect you to Google for authentication. We only need basic profile info (name and email) to get your account set up.

Can I sign up with Google?​

Yes! Ngepost uses Google OAuth for secure and easy authentication. Just click 'Sign Up' or 'Login with Google', and you'll be taken to a secure Google login page.

How do I use Ngepost?​

It's simple:

  1. Connect your social media accounts
  2. Tell us how many days of content you want
  3. Review and schedule

Features & Services​

What is the Auto Create feature?​

The Auto Create feature generates content for you automatically. For example, you can say, "Please create content for 7 days," and the feature will whip up a whole week's worth of posts for you.

Pricing & Credits​

How does the subscription system work?​

The subscription system gives you access to premium features for a 30-day period.

How does the credit system work?​

Credits are our virtual currency. Different features require different amounts of credit. You can use credits to access specific models that aren't included in the premium plan.

How do I add credits?​

Log in to your dashboard and go to the Credits section. You'll see available credit packages with prices. We offer various payment options to fit your needs and budget.

Are credits refundable?​

Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased to prevent abuse and maintain service quality. However, we pride ourselves on excellent service and usually resolve any issues that come up during use.

What payment methods do you accept?​

We accept various secure payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets, and local payment options. All payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway with industry-standard encryption.

Technical Questions​

What happens if a YouTube video doesn't have captions?​

If a YouTube video doesn't have captions, transcript creation might not be available. We rely on YouTube's caption system for accuracy. YouTube automatically creates captions for many videos, but some older or unofficial videos might not have them.

Is there a video length limit?​

There's no strict limit, but very long videos (over 2-3 hours) might take longer to process. Most videos under 2 hours are processed in seconds. If you have a super long video, the system might split the transcript for better performance.

Account Management​

How do I view my usage history?​

Access your usage history via Dashboard > History. You'll see all transcript creations, along with the date, video title, and credits used. This helps you track your activity and manage your credit usage.

What if I forget my password?​

You can use the 'Forgot Password' feature. However, we recommend using Google OAuth so you don't have to worry about creating or remembering a new password.

Can I change my account information?​

Account info is managed through Google. If you need to change your name or email, you'll need to update it in your Google account. We sync this information when you log in, so changes will appear on your next login.
