Create a Post

Create and publish content across your connected platforms.

Step-by-Step Guide​

1. Start a New Post​

From your Dashboard, click New Post in the sidebar.

2. Choose Your Content Type​

Select the type of content you want to create:

TextPlain text updates or status posts
PhotoImage posts with optional captions
VideoVideo uploads with descriptions
DocumentPDFs, presentations, or other files

3. Select Your Platforms​

Click Continue to Platforms, then choose where you want to publish. You can select multiple platforms at once.

4. Configure Platform Settings​

Each platform has specific options:

  • Facebook: Choose timeline or page, add tags
  • Instagram: Add hashtags, location, alt text
  • Twitter/X: Set reply permissions, add media
  • LinkedIn: Select audience, add hashtags

Adjust these settings before proceeding.

5. Schedule Your Post​

Choose when to publish:

  • Post Now — Publish immediately
  • Schedule — Pick a date and time up to 30 days in advance

Your post will appear in the Calendar once scheduled.

Tips​

  • Preview your post on each platform before scheduling
  • You can edit or cancel scheduled posts from the Calendar page
